Shipping Policy

Bougie 4 All currently ships within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $8.00 per order. Estimated carrier transit time is generally 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the label is created.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect the delivery.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps. Please retain the original packaging and take photographs of any shipping damage.

Combined Orders
When possible, multiple items purchased in the same order may be shipped together in one package.
