Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping Bougie 4 All. Because many of our items are unique, one-of-a-kind, or limited in quantity, we offer a 7-day return request period.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn and unused, with all original tags and any Bougie 4 All security tags or packaging intact.

Items sold as new with tags must be returned with the original retail tags attached. Items sold as pre-owned must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.

To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns due to fit, preference, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that differs materially from its description, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Bougie 4 All.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post an approved refund.

Final Sale Items

Items specifically identified as Final Sale in the product listing are not eligible for return except where required by law or if the item received materially differs from its description.

Condition & Pre-Owned Merchandise

Bougie 4 All sells a combination of new, new-with-tags, new-without-tags, and gently pre-owned merchandise. Pre-owned items may show normal signs of prior use. We make every reasonable effort to photograph and disclose noticeable wear, flaws, or imperfections in each listing. Please review all photos, measurements, condition notes, and product details before purchasing.
